Ground floor

The lounge contains a 3 piece suite and has an open fireplace. There is a colour TV(french and english) , DVD player, CD & cassette player plus various board games and books.

The dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people. French windows which open up onto a south facing patio. There is a large selection of books and lots of tourist information.

The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs and is equipped with a cooker with a gas hob and an electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is also a washing machine, drier and freezer in the attached part of the farmhouse. 

There is a downstairs WC with a toilet, washbasin and razor point

First Floor

The bathroom comprises a bath with shower attachment, washbasin, toilet, razor point.  

There is a large landing area where there are armchairs and a table.

GardensThe farmhouse stands in almost an acre of land, there are extensive gardens and a separate walled area with a barbecue. Facilities provided include sun loungers, table, parasols, garden chairs and various outdoor games.

Local AmenitiesThe centre of Mellé is only 1km away, it has a bar/café and general store. There are petrol stations and supermarkets at the local towns of Louvigné-du-Désert (5km), St.Georges de Reintembault (5km) and St.James (10km).
