Prices are based on Saturday to Saturday, guests should vacate the farmhouse by 10.00am. Prices include all electricity, gas and heating costs.

All rooms have electric wall heaters. Duvets are provided for all beds, however guests must bring their own bed linen.

A non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance due within six weeks of the arrival date.
